The SDI Scuba Diver Programs are the most popular diver programs in the world. And it is your ticket to a lifetime of intense under water adventures. The SDI Open Water Scuba Diving Certification is one that is good for lifelong adventures. Once in the program you will be learning the fundamentals of SCUBA, its equipment and how it is used. If participants opt to complete their certification at another Accredited dive site under the instruction of another Certified dive Instructor they may. Virtually anyone ages 12 and up, in good health and reasonably fit can learn to scuba dive. Additional costs will be incurred for food, travel and lodging expenses to your check out dive location. Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 divers.
Required equipment needed for the class: mask, fins, boots, and snorkel. All equipment can be purchased at a student discount from Pirate Scuba.
Class fees: $320 – covers course fees, including instruction fees, pool
rental, SCUBA gear rental, (does not include mask, fins, boots, and snorkel),
SDI Text Book, DVD, dive table, log book.
open to divers from any certifying agency who have completed their open water certification
