SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping fees are based on weight of order and destination. You can view your shipping choices before checking out by using the mini-basket on the right hand side of the product page, clicking on "shipping" and filling out the ship to information.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:
Orders shipping USPS or Fed-Ex Home Delivery are generally filled within 2-4
business days.
Fed-Ex Overnight, 2nd Day and Fed Ex Express (3-Day) are shipped same business day if placed before
12PM ET.
Orders placed after 12PM ET will be filled on the next business day.
You will be notified of any back ordered or delayed items within one business
day of your order when ever possible. However, on occasion product may be unavailable
under circumstances beyond our control. In this instance you may be
offered an item for exchange in the amount, less than the amount, or more than
the amount of the original order, or you may be offered a refund for the
unavailable of back-ordered item.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
Orders shipping to destinations other than the US will be offered several shipping options at time of order during the checkout process.
Fed-Ex International First - 1-2 Day delivery
Fed-Ex International Priority - 2-3 Day delivery
Fed-Ex International Economy - 7-10 Day delivery
USPS Express - is most economical and offers a delivery tracking and generally takes up to 2 weeks for receipt of shipment.
*International shipping does not include brokerage and/or customs fees. Please check with the shipping company (Fed-Ex or USPS) to verify fees.

Pirate Water Sports Inc reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All shipments are inspected and counted prior to leaving Pirate Water Sports Inc. All shortages on shipments must be reported within 48 hours after receipt.
Each shipment should be counted and inspected upon receipt of merchandise and any shortages or damages should be noted on the carrier's freight bill BEFORE it is signed as received.
Delivery to the carrier is the same as delivery to the purchaser, so all claims must be filed with the carrier immediately after receipt of merchandise.
